Coquitlam stretches from Maillardville's old streets up to Westwood Plateau's newer hillside homes, and we cover the whole climb.

From hillside homes to town centre condos
Coquitlam is one of the more varied cities we work in. Maillardville still carries its French-Canadian mill-town roots and a lot of older housing stock, Austin Heights is a mix of long-time homeowners and newer infill, and Burke Mountain and Westwood Plateau are newer developments built up the hillside with steeper driveways. Around Coquitlam Town Centre, it's condo towers and commercial cleanouts near the mall. We schedule differently depending on which of those we're headed into.

Local to Coquitlam
A lot of Coquitlam's disposal runs through the Coquitlam Transfer Station on United Boulevard, which is also where Port Coquitlam and Port Moody loads tend to end up, so we're through that facility on a regular basis. Westwood Plateau and Burke Mountain homes are built into the hillside, which means steeper driveways and sometimes longer carries from the house to the truck. Lafarge Lake and Town Centre Park sit right in the middle of the newer condo development, while Maillardville to the south holds onto more of Coquitlam's older character housing.
