• Details about the job you're requesting (move dates, locations, job details, item descriptions, or similar)
• Any photos or descriptions of the items or space you share with us to help provide an accurate quote

We don't use analytics or advertising cookies on this site. Some pages embed third-party tools, such as a Google map, which may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies once loaded.

Why we collect it

We use your information to:

• Respond to your quote request and provide pricing
• Schedule, confirm, and manage your service
• Communicate with you about your job before, during, and after service
• Follow up after your service is complete, including to request a review of your experience

Where required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), we rely on the consent you give when submitting a form or booking on this site to contact you afterward, including for review requests. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying "STOP" to a text, unsubscribing from an email, or contacting us directly using the details below.

Where this policy applies

Hercules Helpers is based in British Columbia and serves customers across Metro Vancouver. We handle your personal information in accordance with both the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and BC's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), whichever applies to your interaction with us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this site and deliver our service:

• Netlify, which processes and stores form submissions from this website

These providers are only given the information they need to perform their function and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our service, respond to your inquiry, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to any records we're legally required to retain.

Under PIPEDA and BC's PIPA, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw your consent to future contact at any time.
