Surrey is BC's second-biggest city by population and it feels like it on the job. We're moving apartment tenants out of Guildford one morning and moving a family into a new Fleetwood build the next. South Surrey tends toward bigger family-home moves, Cloverdale still has a working-farm feel with sheds and acreages to plan around, and Newton is a mix of older houses and newer townhouse complexes. None of it is a special trip for us since Surrey is core territory.

Surrey's growth shows up as constant new construction, and a lot of our Fleetwood and Panorama Ridge moves are into brand-new homes still settling in around their neighbours. Cloverdale still has genuine acreages and small farms mixed in with newer subdivisions, so those moves sometimes mean more than one structure to load out of. South Surrey properties tend to sit on bigger, flatter lots than you'll find closer to Guildford or City Centre, generally straightforward moves once the truck's in place.
